In 1931, Elizabeth (Elsie) Moore, almost drowned in an accident, but was saved by a 13-year-old boy, Charles Burton, Jr. Multiple people died in the accident. Henry died in 1935, and his son became the primary resident of the home.

Emma died in 1974, and the home was sold by the family in 1977 to the Naccarellis for $50,000, although it seems like it might've been involved with the McLaughlin family, because it was sold in-family in 1990 to the McLaughlins despite them being listed on the original sale on digitized realty records.
